During the first month post-surgery, the focus is on building a strong foundation for your recovery. Following your surgeon’s four-week post-op check-up, we will reassess your progress and develop your treatment plan, accepting your current stage and setting realistic goals for where you can go next.

The focus shifts to strengthening your body and building your resilience. In-person follow-ups incorporate functional movements and personalised exercises to enhance your mobility and confidence.
